Types of White Collar Crime

We usually associate crimes with tattooed ruffians. Not anymore. These days, that guy with the dapper suit and shiny shoes might just be worse. It's called white collar crime, a reference to the social status of the criminal and his crime of choice. Often, it's based on high-level fraud – a matter that is only possible given the fact that the criminal is someone who manages to gain access to information by abusing his position of power.
