The laws of attraction have been abused of late with a certain movie, The Secret, depicting them in a rather trite fashion alluding to a semi-conscious type of benefit by mere and simple changes. Pop psychology is the anti-thesis to beneficial understandings of the mind, purpose of cause and effect and the study of personal and communal success.
